Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Our approach depends on the scope of the project. We're always eager to listen to your ideas, but it's essential for us to ensure that any project we undertake aligns with the capabilities of our handmade production studio. Quality craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do, so we strive to ensure that each order we accept is a perfect fit for our expertise.

The possibilities are endless! Choose from our range of pre-designed charms or bring your own artwork for a personalized touch. Any (non-trademarked, unless it's yours) image can be printed on the front of the Picto-Charms™ and our signature poetic branded trademark is on the back.

The imagery we use in our in-house collections is often from proprietary photography and doodles, or is sourced from royalty-free digital archives, vintage books, magazines, flyers, and various ephemera. Our team of creatives can pull from existing imagery, source images for you, or we’d love to collaborate with you to create a personalized collection tailored to your brand.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Depending on the number of styles, your involvement in the process, and complexity of the project the turnaround time for a non-rush custom order can be anywhere from two weeks to three months.

While greater customization may require larger quantities and a longer lead time, the result is a product that truly reflects your vision. 

What is your jewelry made of?

Our signature Picto-Charms™ are handcrafted using a blend of non-toxic materials lovingly referred to as our “secret recipe”. Our jewelry is made with demi-fine hypoallergenic metals and most of our pieces include vintage, deadstock, antique, natural or found components.
