Where can I purchase Haricot Vert items?
Purchases can be made on our website, at our first brick-and-mortar store located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City, or shop our exclusive collaborative collections at Big Night and MoMA Design Store.
Can I create my own piece?
For online orders, please refer to our custom jewelry page for select customizable styles where you can choose your charms from our current offerings and receive a beautifully personalized piece from our jewelry designers, or pick from our Upload-Your-Own Picto-Charm™ styles to create a piece completely unique to you. If you have any special requests, please contact us or email our team at support@haricotvert.shop and we will do our best to bring your dream to life!
For even greater customization options, please visit us at our store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City to choose from in-store exclusive charms and components. We also offer in-person services to turn any photo from your camera roll into a Picto-Charm™, and provide the opportunity to collaborate with our expert staff to completely design your own piece from start to finish. In-store purchases will be assembled on-site.
Can you recreate a one-of-a-kind piece from a drop?
We cannot recreate our unique styles as they are handmade with vintage or deadstock components, and have been guaranteed as a one-of-a-kind piece to the customer.
Do you take wholesale requests?
We warmly welcome wholesale inquiries & invite you to share details regarding wholesale opportunities with us through the form on our wholesale page or by emailing our team at wholesale@haricotvert.shop.
Do you offer clip-on or other hardware options?
Yes, we can swap out the hardware on any earring style. If you would like clip-on earring hardware, please specify in your order notes before placing your order. We also offer huggie hoop, hook, and post options.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
All of our earring hardware is hypoallergenic. Materials will always be specified in the product listing. Please remember to read the product description prior to purchasing.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Please be mindful that our jewelry and Picto-Charms™ are handmade at our store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City. Our pieces are delicate and should be handled with a gentle hand. Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials, but we suggest avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, and lotions, as it may lead to tarnishing or discoloration.

Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order ships. Due to the handmade nature of our products, our pieces have an extended processing time. However, we are always working to get your item to you as quickly as possible!
What is the turnaround time for orders?
Our unique styles are ready to ship within 2-3 business days after the order date and our made-to-order styles are processed and sent within 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days) after the order date (or often sooner!) from Brooklyn, New York.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to individual product listings for the estimated processing times as they can sometimes vary.
What happens if my order is returned to Haricot Vert due to an insufficient address or other shipping-related issues?
If an order is returned to us because of an insufficient address or other shipping-related issues, please contact us or email our team at support@haricotvert.shop so we can arrange a re-shipment. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for all re-shipping + handling costs + any added customs fees.

In-Store
Can I walk-in or are appointments required?
Walk-ins are always welcome! No reservation is needed. On weekends we have a 15 person capacity as we want to give every person the individualized customer service that they deserve.
How long will my assembly take in store?
During our weekday hours you should receive your piece within 30 minutes to an hour, the same day. On weekends, assembly time can range from a few hours to our next business day. The gals of the bean will text you as soon as your order's ready! While you wait, please enjoy a coffee or glass of wine in our Dreambean Cafe, or get the map of our staff's favorite spots in the area to explore the neighborhood!
Can I purchase online signature styles and collections in store?
Yes, we offer a low quantity of our signature styles and collections in store every week. Please talk to our custom jewelry design associates, the gals of the bean are always willing to work with you!
Can I add charms to jewelry I already own?
Yes, please bring in your jewelry and we would love to help customize it with charms of your choosing.
What is the CraftNook?
The CraftNook is a communal space for crafting nestled in the back of our store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City. We offer a variety of guided creative workshops, ranging from making your own jewelry to collaging to working with textiles. We also offer open studio crafting time and personalized private events. Check out our upcoming workshops.
What is Open Studio?
Open Studio, opening September 7th, is an opportunity for people to enjoy our CraftNook studio space and experiment creatively with fellow community members during store hours. You can choose from a menu of experiences, including open play where you can use our heavily curated materials to work on your own projects, or make charm jewelry, collage, decoupage trinket boxes, or scrapbook on textiles with the help of our instructors. We provide all necessary tools and supplies for our experiences. Price of your seat varies by experience.
Can I book a private event?
We would love to bring your dream event to life! Host an event in our CraftNook with personalized activities to match your events vibe, or bring our craft program to your venue. Please visit our craftnook page for more information and fill out our private event form with your details. Please provide 6 weeks notice for your event so that we can make it perfect for you!
