Can you recreate a one-of-a-kind piece?

We cannot recreate our unique styles as they are handmade with vintage or deadstock components, and have been guaranteed as a one-of-a-kind piece to the customer.

Do you take custom requests?

As of now, we offer select customizable styles where you can select your charm options. Please refer to the Made-to-Order page on our website.

Do you take wholesale requests?

We warmly welcome wholesale inquiries & invite you to share details regarding wholesale opportunities with us at wholesale@haricotvert.shop.

What is the turnaround time for orders?

Our unique styles are ready to ship within 3-5 business days after the order date and our made-to-order styles are processed and sent within 4-6 weeks after the order date from Brooklyn, New York (if not sooner).

Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Please always refer to each product listing for the estimated processing times as they can sometimes vary.

What happens if my order is returned to Haricot Vert due to an insufficient address or other shipping-related issues?

If an order is returned to us because of an insufficient address or other shipping-related issues, please contact us so we can arrange a re-shipment. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for all re-shipping + handling costs + any added customs fees.

Do you offer clip-on or other hardware options?

Yes, we can swap out the hardware on any earring style. If you would like clip-on earring hardware, please specify in your order notes before placing your order. We also offer huggie hoop, hook, and post options.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

All of our earring hardware is hypoallergenic. Materials will always be specified in the product listing. Please remember to read the product description prior to purchasing.
