Clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
Jewelry
Because our made-to-order jewelry is handmade specifically for you after your order is placed, all made-to-order jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our repair policy below.
Jewelry Repairs
We offer lifetime repairs on all Haricot Vert jewelry purchases.
Our repair policy does not cover jewelry or components that have been lost, misplaced, or damaged due to improper care, misuse, accidents, or other customer-caused damage.
