Position Overview

We’re seeking a seasonal Production Assistant to join our team and help bring Haricot Vert’s signature whimsical handmade Picto-Charms™ and jewelry pieces to life. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail, excellent hand skills, and a passion for jewelry-making. You'll play a key part in crafting our signature pieces and supporting overall studio efficiency. The right person is solutions-oriented, thrives in repetitive tasks, and understands the rhythm and focus required to produce beautiful, consistent work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end creation of handmade jewelry using Haricot Vert’s signature design techniques, including but not limited to resin work, charm assembly, and stone setting
• Maintain a high level of quality, precision, and consistency while producing pieces in high volume
• Follow safety protocols and keep the production studio organized, clean, and efficient
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate clearly to support shared production goals
• Embrace the repetitive nature of jewelry production with patience, care, and dedication

Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Craftsmanship:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

• Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar.

• Engage with customers to recommend drinks and up-sell pastries or other café offerings.

• Collaborate in crafting specialty drinks that reflect seasonal flavors and align with our brand’s unique themes.

• Customer Engagement:

• Greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a memorable experience.

• Provide information about the Dreamworld Experience, including our jewelry and craft offerings.

• Assist with in-store events and workshops, ensuring attendees have an exceptional experience.

• Social Content & Creative Support:

• Capture and create engaging social media content that showcases the Dreamworld Experience.

• Assist the Community Manager with special content 

• Support the marketing team with ideas and content creation when needed.

• Store Support:

• Assist in maintaining the aesthetic of the store and café area, ensuring it’s always visually appealing.

• Collaborate with the team on cross-functional tasks as needed, such as inventory checks, store maintenance, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Coffee & Hospitality: While previous barista experience is preferred, a genuine love for coffee and hospitality is essential.

• Vibrant Personality: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, outgoing demeanor—someone who confidently welcomes guests and makes each person feel truly special.
