Digital Marketing Intern
Position Overview: Haricot Vert is a vibrant and innovative jewelry and craft brand that blends a dynamic online presence with a hands-on experiential storefront. We’re dedicated to crafting immersive experiences that captivate our community both online and offline.
Haricot Vert is looking for a sharp, quick-moving, solution-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a part-time role for someone who’s both creative and analytical, a self-starter with a global perspective and a “get it done” attitude. You’ll assist our digital marketing strategy from top to bottom—developing campaigns, creating compelling content, driving traffic, analyzing performance, and supporting broader company initiatives. We’re looking for a true team player who can be proactive and represent the brand with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy: Assist with developing a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals across all channels.

Campaign Management: Optimize campaigns across email, social, paid ads, guerilla marketing, and more—driving brand awareness and customer conversion.

Email Marketing: Help create and manage email flows, campaign triggers, and our monthly newsletter to engage, convert, and retain customers.

Content Creation: Design and develop original digital and analog assets—graphics, flyers, videos, copy—for marketing and storytelling across all platforms.

SEO/SEM: Optimize our web presence through search strategy, content refinement, and paid media.

Social Media & Influencer Outreach: Assist in curating photo and video content for our social media platforms. Research influencers who attract our target audience and engage them in partnership opportunities.

Website Oversight: Keep our website fresh, engaging, and optimized for traffic and conversion. Lead improvements in UX/UI.

Brand Marketing: Act as a digital brand steward—ensuring cohesive messaging and visual storytelling across all touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder & Creative Director, Community Manager, and Digital Marketing Coordinator to align on messaging and goals.

Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging tools, and new marketing opportunities.

Support + Flexibility: Be ready to jump in and support team members or represent the brand when others are traveling or events are in full swing.

Studio Intern
Position Overview: Haricot Vert is a vibrant and innovative jewelry and craft brand that blends a dynamic online presence with a hands-on experiential storefront. We’re dedicated to crafting immersive experiences that captivate our community both online and offline.
As a rapidly growing creative community, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern at our Dreamworld storefront and production studio in Brooklyn, New York. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both retail and production operations and to learn about the inner-workings of a small business committed to eco-responsibility and sustainable production. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced small business environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Production Studio Support:

Assist with maintaining, preparing and organizing the production studio to ensure a clean, functional, and efficient workspace

Help prepare and pack customer orders with precision and care
-
Organize inventory and production tools to optimize workflow
-
Assist with creating craft kits, assembling jewelry setups, and making picto-charms™

Dreamworld & CraftNook Support:

Support the cleaning and organization of the Dreamworld store and CraftNook to create a welcoming environment for customers
-
Assist in the planning and execution of CraftNook programs by maintaining and preparing the space for regularly scheduled workshops and special events

Inventory & Operations Intern
Position Overview: Haricot Vert is a vibrant and innovative jewelry and craft brand that combines a strong online presence with an immersive in-store experience. We are passionate about creating meaningful, hands-on interactions that engage our community both digitally and in person.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory & Operations Intern to join our team at the Dreamworld storefront and studio in Brooklyn, New York. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in inventory operations, stock management, and organizational systems while learning the inner workings of a fast-growing, eco-conscious small business. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to support a dynamic team in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Management

Assist the Inventory Coordinator in receiving, unpacking, and checking incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Help organize and restock retail floor and backstock areas to maintain a seamless customer and team experience

Monitor hardware and jewelry supplies, flagging low-stock or quality concerns to the team
Operational Support

Maintain tidy and organized storage systems across studio and retail spaces
-
Support fulfillment operations by preparing and packaging customer orders as needed.

Assist with labeling, organizing, and categorizing new product arrivals

Contribute to ongoing inventory projects, such as seasonal transitions or event prep
Dreamworld Store Support

Help with general store organization, creating a welcoming and functional environment for customers

Help Inventory Coordinator with in-store displays and appearances
