Part-Time Jewelry Production Assistant
We are rapidly growing and are looking for an end-to-end costume to fine Jewelry Production Assistant to help us increase the production of jewelry pieces. Must be a solutions-based thinker, have strong attention to detail, and be very, very organized.
Primary responsibilities:
- End-to-end assistance for our jewelry production
- Willingness to take on other responsibilities outside the defined role when necessary
- Maintain purchasing and production tracking database
- Work directly with the founder to evolve and broaden product offerings with new designs, concepts and update successful styles
- Help maintain the studio space and replenish primary materials used
- Must be able to come into our office (Greenpoint, Brooklyn) every day
Preferred qualifications:
- Must have some jewelry production experience (costume to fine)
- Have strong creative skills
- Be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and grow on the job
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude
Bonus qualifications:
- Have really good nail polish painting skills
- Experience with metalwork, beading, or enamel jewelry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or Adobe programs
- Familiarity with the French language
- Lover of vintage, tiny things, poetry, and collage
Job type: Part-time (with rapid potential to become full-time), offering competitive wage based on experience
Location: Greenpoint, Brooklyn Based (NYC)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible schedule)

Spring 2023 Intern
Haricot Vert is currently seeking talent for a Spring 2023 Intern. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the Haricot Vert dreamworld and work closely with the founder to learn everything from jewelry production, brand marketing, sales & business operations, to material sourcing. You will learn a TONS.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be be New York-based, available to work 2-3 days per week through May 2023.
- Has strong creative skills and passion for the brand's mission
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude
- Willing to take on other responsibilities when needed (e.g. maintaining the studio space, packing orders, running to the post office, helping run an event, etc.)
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, punctual and willing to learn and grow on the job
Bonus qualifications:
