Open Position: Assistant Store Experience Manager


As the Assistant Store Experience Manager, you will be supporting Haricot Vert’s Brand Experience Manager in creating and leading an enchanting and immersive environment for our customers in-store, within the CraftNook workshop space, & in our little Dream Bean Café.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Experience Manager in essential day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and ensuring that the retail store and CraftNook are always clean & pristine
  • Assist customers in both the retail store and CraftNook, helping them create custom charm jewelry and other creations while upholding the highest standards of customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression on our valued patrons
  • Drive inventory management for the retail store, CraftNook, & Dream Bean Café including monitoring inventory levels, receiving shipments, and coordinating with management for replenishment
  • Collaborate with the Store Experience Manager to execute merchandising strategies, including product displays and samples, signage, and promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Oversee customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Support the Store Experience Manager in training, leading, and motivating a team of Custom Jewelry Sales Associates & CraftNook Instructors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and commitment to creating a dreamy experience for customers in both retail and workshop settings
  • Oversee the Dream Bean café shop within the store, ensuring it operates smoothly and remains up to code with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Retail Management Experience: At least one year of retail management experience is required
  • Jewelry and Crafting Experience: Experience in jewelry making and crafting, either personally or professionally is required
  • Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for detail and be a proactive self-starter
  • Commitment to Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Ability to provide high quality customer service, going above and beyond to make our customers feel valued
  • Weekend availability and overall schedule flexibility: Adaptability is key; must be willing and able to maintain a flexible schedule - you will be expected to work weekends and evenings
  • Vibrant Personality: Infuse energy and enthusiasm into our brand with a naturally bubbly and engaging personality that shines through all interactions
  • Exceptional Communication: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent listening capabilities to facilitate meaningful customer interactions

Compensation: $20 an hour ($18 an hour for first month trial period)
