Open Position: Community Manager - Marketing, Social Management, Community Relations & Partnerships


Haricot Vert is a dynamic young jewelry & craft brand that blends online presence with an experiential storefront. We believe in creating immersive experiences for our community, both online and offline. 

Role Overview: As the Community Manager at Haricot Vert, you will be the driving force behind fostering engagement, building relationships, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. You will oversee Marketing, Social Management, Community Relations, and Partnerships to ensure a cohesive and impactful strategy that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to drive engagement, followership, and brand awareness.
    • Create compelling content, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with brand identity and resonate with our audience.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to cultivate a vibrant online community.
    • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
  2. Marketing Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand, products, and events.
    • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
    • Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and sponsorships to expand reach and visibility.
  3. Community Relations:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with our community members, customers, and brand advocates both online and offline.
    • Organize and host community events, workshops, and meetups to foster engagement and loyalty.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely and personalized responses.
  4. Partnerships and Collaborations:
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, organizations, and influencers to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing collaborations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Content Visionary: Possess a keen eye for content creation and storytelling, able to perceive the world through a lens that captivates and resonates with our audience.
  • Vibrant Personality: Infuse energy and enthusiasm into our brand with a naturally bubbly and engaging personality that shines through all interactions.
  • Proven Social Media Savvy: Demonstrated track record in social media management, particularly within consumer-facing brands, showcasing the ability to craft compelling narratives and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability is key; must be willing and able to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on weekdays and weekends, to accommodate the dynamic nature of our community and events.
  • Exceptional Communication: Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling that captivates and inspires our audience, fostering genuine connections and engagement.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong grasp of social media analytics and performance tracking tools, allowing for data-driven decision-making and optimization of content strategies for maximum impact.
  • Creative Innovator: Bring fresh perspectives and imaginative ideas to the table, consistently developing innovative marketing campaigns that leave a lasting impression and drive brand awareness.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to team dynamics with a can-do attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Event Planning Proficiency: Previous experience in event planning and community engagement initiatives is highly desirable, as it enriches our ability to create memorable experiences and strengthen community bonds.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding consumer behavior and effective communication strategies.

Remuneration: $45,760 + PTO Benefits + other benefits (making credit & open studio time, & more as the business grows).
